Design Oldfield Design Ltd is an award winning Architectural Practice
situated in the famous Peak District market town of Bakewell. The
practice was founded by Joe Oldfield in 1985.
Joe
has a strong Architectural and Planning background, with considerable
experience gained working for the Peak National Park Authority,
Derbyshire County Council and a private Architectural Practice before
forming his own company, Oldfield Design.
The
company offers a comprehensive and flexible Planning and Architectural
Design Consultancy service to the private, public and commercial
sectors throughout the UK.
We
have a strong local knowledge and understanding of design and
construction within, and around, the Peak District National Park including
Conservation and Listed Building issues.
Services offered to the client include:-
- Feasibility studies
- Survey of property and preparation of existing details.
- Design and formulation of proposals in accordance with client brief.
- Preparation of working drawings and general specification.
- Submissions to Local Authority in order to obtain Planning and Building Regulation approvals as appropriate.
- Obtaining competitive prices from Building Contractors.
- Submission for Local Authority Grants where applicable.
- Site supervision.
